When using the STARESSO CLASSIC initially, pressing may be difficult due to very fine grounds hindering water flow. Use a medium-fine grind for smoother, rich espresso effortlessly. Optimal grind size ensures perfect espresso every time.
How can I puncture the foil of the capsule successfully every time?
First, push the capsule firmly into the holder. Second, put the capsule holder into the portafilter properly. Third, screw the portafilter into the body tightly, or else the brew may fail.
Is the coffee hot if you use cold water?
The machine does not heat the water, the coffee will be the same temperature as the water you put in. If you use boiling water, the coffee will come out hot. If you use cold water, it’ll be cold.
How could i do if coffee not coming out?
Solution:
1.open the lid and let the presure out.2.Cleaning the powder pod and water outle.3.Pressing to unblock air pressure.
Why am I experiencing issues with the coffee capsule not being punctured?
Some brands may use plastic capsules, which can result in thicker and harder walls. If you encounter difficulty with the capsule being punctured by the coffee machine, try manually piercing the top of the capsule before inserting it into the machine.
